Iron Design Company was established to promote modern designs in hand formed iron objects, transforming a bold material into everyday items that are innovative and inviting. Additionally, IDC supports an apprenticeship with the local highschool, giving students a unique opportunity to work with their hands.

Andiron

A modern approach to the traditional pair of andirons, our design is one continuous piece of steel. Stable and built of solid bar, this andiron is unique and will standout in any fireplace.

Book Sconce

The studio favorite, the book sconce shows off those favorite books that get lost in the stacks. Made of hot worked and powder coated steel, the mounting cleat hides nicely behind the displayed book. Cleat and screws included.

Bottle Opener

Simple and highly functional, this opener is a sleek little favorite. Hot punched steel with a black oxide and hand-rubbed finish.
